• No accommodation ties (Most venues incorporate a minimum number of rooms that are required to be taken out and can on average be €200-250 per room in country houses. Many also require this for minium 2 nights stays. With this in mind you are putting yourselves in the position to ensure these rooms are filled and that your guests are happy to pay for these. We have found the fact that no ties are incorporated here with accommodation it gives both you and your guests the freedom to choose the preferred option as everyone has different needs. It is simple food done well. The emphasis is on making everything on site with home-made breads to stocks and soups etc. so you really can savour a quality meal as you would when you visit a restaurant. When you order for example beef it is presented as a steak rather than the carvery style roasts. Presentation is extremely important as we find guests also eat with their eyes and so a well presented dish is very important.
